EZ’s Asian Kitchen is a family owned and operated restaurant named after Chef Bevan Dai and his wife Stacy Zhi’s first-born son, Eason Z. Dai. Chef Bevan, who has been cooking in America for more than 10 years, is fortunate  to have the support of his wife Stacy, who graduated from Kansas Wesleyan with a degree in business and runs the front of the house, and his parents, who assist him in the kitchen.

Chef Bevan learned how to make delicious Chinese food as he grew up in China watching his parents cook for the family. He has also learned the fine art of Japanese cuisine through years of  working in Japanese restaurants in America.

When Bevan and Stacy were ready to start their restaurant, they went to several towns in Kansas and Nebraska, but it was Dodge City that felt like a great place to raise their son and begin to build their dream of a family owned and operated restaurant. Chef Bevan and his family are excited to offer Dodge City a menu that highlights both Japanese and Chinese cuisine at EZ’s Asian Kitchen.
